Delhi, as the capital of India, reflects the spirit and diversity of the entire nation. Since its establishment in February 1971, the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (DSIIDC) has been a driving force in shaping the city’s growth and infrastructure. Over the years, DSIIDC has actively planned, supported, financed, and executed projects that have transformed Delhi into a hub of industry, commerce, and inclusive urban development.
Today, DSIIDC continues to carry forward this responsibility with several landmark projects in progress, including Knowledge-Based Industrial Park (KBI), Baprola, Built-up Factory Complex, Rani Khera, Affordable Housing Projects, Educational Infrastructure and many more.
The proposed Knowledge Based Industrial (KBI) Park at Baprola would be spread over in area of 77 acres (approx.). Estimated cost of the project is around Rs. 2,150 crore. The project will cater to specific needs of Information Technology, ITeS Industry, Media, Research and Development, Gems and Jewellery and Business Services.
The Corporation in addition to its service to the citizens of Delhi by providing industrial infrastructure facilities, supports various social causes of Delhi. The Corporation during the year 2011-12 sponsored Aapki Rasoi Scheme of the Government of NCT of Delhi’s Bhagidari Scheme by providing cost of meal for 300 persons for one year for a Centre operated by M/s Aksaya Patra.
